The following documents should be used in the preparation of Eurostars project applications to be submitted in future cut-offs.

  This document provides applicants with guidelines on the submission of applications for funding from the Eurostars Programme. It identifies the types of projects you can apply for, who can apply, together with details of the application process and the evaluation criteria.
• Consortium Agreement skeleton
  The consortium is obliged to construct the draft consortium agreement using the skeleton agreement provided.
• Checklist for the creation of a consortium agreement
  The aim of this checklist is to sum up the main items for the drafting of a consortium agreement between participants of the same Eurostars project. It should be used in combination with the Consortium Agreement Skeleton.

  This document provides the participants of an Approved Eurostars project with guidelines on the responsibilities and obligations to the Eurostars programme.

  This document provides participants with guidelines on the submission of the Project Progress Report for the monitoring of the Eurostars programme at European level.
